1. Services

Moftly provides browser extensions and related tools. Moftly's services, including the waitlist, are provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis.

2. Availability

Moftly does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of its services. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Acceptable use

By using Moftly's services, you agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with Moftly's services
• Use automated systems to submit false or spam data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use Moftly's services for any unlawful purpose

4. Modifications

Moftly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time, with or without notice, and to update these terms. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moftly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
