1. About Moftly
Moftly is operated as a PFA (Persoană Fizică Autorizată) under Romanian law. Moftly builds browser extensions designed to improve your everyday browsing experience.

2. Data Moftly collects
Moftly collects only your email address when you voluntarily sign up for the waitlist.
Moftly does not collect names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any other personal information through this landing page.
3. Purpose of data collection
- Waitlist communications about Moftly product launches
- Product announcements and updates
- No marketing from third parties
4. Legal basis
Moftly processes your data based on your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a). You provide consent by voluntarily submitting your email address through the signup form.
5. Data processor
Email addresses are stored and managed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue SAS), an EU-based email service provider. Brevo is GDPR compliant and processes data within the European Union.
6. Data retention
Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can do either at any time by contacting Moftly at contact@moftly.com.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

8. Third-party sharing
Moftly does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is only processed by Brevo for the purposes described above.
9. Analytics
Moftly uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. Plausible is fully GDPR compliant by design. Analytics are only loaded if you enable them via the cookie consent banner.
10. Compliance
This privacy policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection legislation (Law 677/2001 and subsequent regulations).
