Brevo acts as a Data Processor on our behalf, processing data strictly according to our instructions and applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Retention

Your email address is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to the waitlist. If you have not interacted with our communications for 24 months, your email will be automatically deleted from our systems.

You can also unsubscribe or request immediate deletion at any time by contacting contact@moftly.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.

Your personal data is processed exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). Moftly does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA.
